My pastry needs often require the presence of different berry puree for my desserts. So I worked out for himself a great and convenient way to freeze any fruit (including strawberries) for the winter.
Almost all the berries, frozen whole, after thawing become watery. If they are frozen, as a ready-to-eat mashed potatoes, they retain their excellent taste. Especially because in general as they are for confectionery needs almost not needed. Most importantly, now they take up little space in the freezer.

How to freeze fresh strawberries in the winter time
First strawberries need a good wash and drain water.
Remove sepals.
Turn strawberries into a puree with a blender.
If no blender, you can use tolkushkoy for mashed potatoes.
That is simply mash berries.
Select the appropriate form for your needs.
You can use any.
Pour the finished puree and put into the freezer.
Fill in the following.
Can be frozen strawberries in the bag with a lock, to distribute it on the package of a thin layer.
Expel excess air and seal the bag.
Then, on this thin layer of ice can easily break off the required piece.
Transfer to a freezer with the help of the kitchen of the board, and so freeze.
When frozen strawberries can shift cubes in a common package.
This results in a whole range of fresh frozen strawberries.
In winter, you can take as long as necessary at the moment.
If you are using packages with a lock, they can be put on top of each other, with different berries.
Or even put on edge, it depends on the location in your freezer.
