Spaghetti with tomato sauce and chicken

Ingredients:

400 gr. spaghetti
salt
vegetable oil
300 gr. chicken
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 garlic cloves
1 h. l. dried basil
ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. Boil water for spaghetti. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt.
Boil the spaghetti to a state of "al dente".

2. Chicken fillet cut into pieces of 0.5 cm.

Garlic chop into small cubes.
Season chicken garlic, salt, pepper and dry basil.

3. Fry chicken in vegetable oil.

4. Put the chicken in a bowl ready.

5. In pan, where roasted chicken, tomato paste, and lay out the second garlic clove. Salt, pepper and season with basil.

Extinguish the sauce until tender.

6. Add the chicken to the sauce, stir and turn the heat off. Cover the pan with a lid and put on a few minutes. It is necessary that the chicken has absorbed all the flavor of the sauce.

7. Ready Spaghetti recline in a colander, can be washed.

8. Then put in the spaghetti sauce with chicken. Mix.

9. Serve the dish hot. To taste sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
