Very tasty "duckies" being prepared easily and eaten - instantly!
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced meat
250 gr. cabbage
150 c. boiled rice
100 gr. carrots
0.5 liters of broth or water
onion
150 c. tomato puree or 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
salt
sugar
pepper
vegetable oil
Bay leaf
Preparation:
Head of cabbage cleaned from top leaves, cut in half. Cut the stalk.
Cut the cabbage into large chunks and place in the bowl of a blender.
Coarsely chop the carrots, put in a bowl of a blender to cabbage.
Onions, peel and cut into four pieces, add to the other vegetables.
Chop the vegetables for the lazy cabbage grated to the state.
Minced meat to put in a bowl.
Add to stuffing chopped vegetables and boiled rice.
Thoroughly mix ground beef with rice and vegetables, so that all ingredients are uniformly distributed. Season with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil.
Wet hands to form oval cabbage rolls.
Fry stuffed with two sides in the hot oil and to shift into a greased roasting pan or saucepan with a thick bottom.
The hot meat or chicken broth or water mixed with tomato puree. Add salt and season with pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pan, put on the plate.
Add a few bay leaves and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for further lazy cabbage rolls on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
Serve lazy stuffed hot.
