1 liter of 2.4% fat yogurt

I take the yogurt and milk in bags or plastic bottles 2-2.5% fat.
In 3-quart saucepan pour the milk and yogurt.
Never add old spoiled food!
Mix well.
(If you leave this mixture overnight, the process of obtaining the cheese will be faster and better.)
Put on medium or low heat so as not burnt milk.
Now we can only wait and see.
We can not allow the liquid boil, otherwise the cheese will turn out tough.
After 3 minutes process delamination begins.
It took 10 minutes. Cottage cheese begins to rise.
For 2-3 minutes, and the process can be considered complete.
Turn off heat.
Serum should be nearly transparent.
Close the pan with a lid and leave for half an hour or until cool.
The heating process took me about 15 minutes.
You can get cheese out of the pan, I use a slotted spoon.
At the outlet turned about 300-350 g gentle fresh curd.
Serum can be drained and used for the preparation of delicious pancakes.
