Very tasty, tender and hearty salad with chicken liver. Prepare very quickly!
It is possible to prepare both the holiday table, and on each day.
Ingredients
Chicken liver - 450 grams
Bulb onions - 350 grams
Pickles - 450 grams
Salt, pepper, spices, dill - taste
for the filling
mayonnaise - 200 grams
or
Sour cream - 200 grams
1 h. a spoon - French mustard
Cooking method
The liver should be washed, cleaned of films and cut into two or three pieces.
Decoction of the liver. Fill the liver with boiling water when the water boils, add salt.
I put about half a dessert spoon of salt.
When we add salt, broth immediately become transparent and all the scum is collected in a common foam, remove it.
On medium heat, boil the liver for 3-4 minutes.
Next We reach it on a plate and leave to cool on a table.
Chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Until onion is roasted, cut the liver in smaller pieces.
When the onion is golden and soft, we shift it into the cup, which will make the salad, let it cool down.
On the same pan in which I roasted onions, fried liver.
Adding a little vegetable oil, and periodically stir fry liver for 4-5 minutes, until light brown.
Fried liver to shift the onion, mix.
Leave to cool.
Cut the pickled cucumbers and add to the cooled liver and onions.
Pepper, add favorite spices. I added 1 h. spoon seasoning, which consists of a mixture of dried carrot, garlic, parsley, turmeric and paprika.
Salad dressed with mayonnaise.
You can take half, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Salad or sour cream with the addition of 1 hour. tablespoons French mustard.
When serving, sprinkle with dill.
