Ingredients

400 grams - milk
2 pcs. - chicken eggs
130 grams - Wheat flour
30 grams - cocoa powder
30 grams - vegetable oil

1/2 h. a spoon - baking powder for the dough
30 ml - hot water

Cream

180 grams - soft cheese
200 grams - cream 30-35% fat
50 grams - sugar
10 grams - vanilla sugar

Cooking method

and vanilla sugar.

Good mix things up a whisk until smooth.

Adding half of milk at room temperature. Stir.

Sifting add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the test.

Mix well whisk until smooth, that there are no lumps.

Add the remaining milk. Mix until uniform.

Milk will be divided into two parts, and be phased, for what would have been easier to make a dough without lumps.

Add 30 ml of boiling water, thereby brew dough.

At the end add the vegetable oil. Mix until uniform.

Fry the pancakes on a frying pan over moderate heat.
