½ h. spoons - lemon juice

Cooking method

First, prepare the cream

Pour in the cream icing sugar, mix well and whisk that would be icing sugar is completely dissolved.

Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice.

All mix well. The cream is not that thick, fused with a spoon.

While we oven cakes, cover the cream with cling film and put them in the refrigerator.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter 115 grams.

Adding 135 grams of sugar and stirring constantly, bring to the boil.
