Wonderful pastries! A really tasty and spring. Try it yourself!
Ingredients:
500 gr. flour
1 h. l. dry yeast
5 eggs
a pinch of salt
150 c. Sahara
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
500 gr. cream 20%
vanillin
Preparation:
Beat one egg with a pinch of salt.
Separately, mix the milk, vegetable oil, a tablespoon of sugar.
Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the beaten egg.
Add the sifted flour with the yeast to the egg mass.
Knead the dough.
Cover with a clean kitchen towel and put into a warm place for half an hour.
Roll dough into round ready formation larger than the diameter of the mold for baking cake.
Put the dough into a mold, greased, to form high bumpers
To fill the remaining 4 Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar.
Pour the eggs into the cream, add the vanilla and whisk to mix.
The resulting cream-filling on the dough gently pour in the form and optionally decorate the cake dough residues.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees about 40-45 minutes.
Filling should be firm and not fall.
Control the cake from oven and cool at room temperature.
The cake is ready!
