Apple pie, when you want to impress the home delicious cake (without yeast)

When I want to surprise delicious homemade apple pie, then I look in the address book and remember the recipe.

Cake recipe is simple and successful in taste.

No need to wait for the dough to rise, and to prepare a cake for me it is a pleasure.

We proceed to the preparation of the pie.

we need to test:

Flour-0,5 liters. bank

sugar-10 Art. l.

Oil 250 c.

baking powder 1 pack (18 c).

vanilla sugar, a pinch

Egg 4 pcs. (Yolks)

sour cream, 1-2 tbsp. l.

In a bowl pour the flour and add baking powder.

Crumble the butter knife.

Grind into fine crumbs hands.

Add the sugar to the dough.

Separating the proteins from egg yolks, and enter into the dough just one yolks (reserve proteins for filling).

All well again frays hands until smooth.

Laying out the dough on the table with flour, knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a sausage and cut away 1/3 of which is cleaned in the freezer.

The remainder of the dough is rolled into a thick pancake. Spread on a baking sheet of paper, lubricated.

Sprinkle semolina and leave for 10-20 minutes on the stove (oven turn on in advance).

And proceed to the preparation of the filling.

For filling:

1 kg of apples

Egg 4 pcs. (Proteins)

sugar 6 tablespoons. l.

lemon jelly-1

semolina, 1 tbsp. l.

Proteins that remained from the eggs. Beat and enter the sugar, jelly (I take a lemon) to the magnificent light cream.

Apples cleanse and cut into large pieces.

Put the apples on the dough.

Top grease apples protein cream.

We get out of the freezer 1/3 pieces of dough, grate and sprinkle the cake.

Bake pie necessarily in the preheated oven (this is important for puff pastry) with the first 40 minutes convection at 200 degrees, and then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

This apple pie just melts in your mouth.
