Meat pies made from unleavened dough

Soft, juicy, crispy, and hearty meat pies on the simplest recipe. These can be eaten almost every day!

Ingredients:

800 gr. flour

egg
200 gr. cream (available yogurt)
150 c. butter or margarine
1 h. l. salt

For filling:

500 gr. forcemeat
onion
2 boiled eggs
salt
pepper
1 tbsp. l. butter

Preparation:

1. Egg whisk salt.

2. Sift flour.

3. Rub the flour with the soft butter.

4. Add flour beaten egg, sour cream or yogurt.
Knead a soft dough. If necessary add warm water.

5. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and put into refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. For the filling onion cut into cubes.

Fry onion and meat in butter.

7. Boil eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

8. Mix the minced meat with eggs, season with salt and season with pepper. You can add herbs as desired.

9. Divide dough into balls. Roll dough balls into the layer thickness of 0,5-1 cm.

10. Place the filling in the sheeted dough cakes.

11. Pinch the dough, add patties elongated shape.

12. Share preform from the dough on baking, the laid parchment.

Coat patties milk, salt water, or beaten egg whites.

Bake pastry 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Also, these cakes can fry in oil.
