Simple and tasty dish for every day.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of chicken
4 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 tbsp. l. mustard (preferably French)
1 tbsp. l. flour
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1.Chicken fillet wash and dry, cut into medium-sized cubes.
2. Preheat a frying pan with sunflower oil.
Fry chicken until golden brown in 10-15 minutes.
3. By fried chicken add flour, stir and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour a little boiling water to the meat, stir quickly to the sauce to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free, light-colored.
5. Add to the meat of the sour cream.
6. Now turn the mustard. I recommend to take the one with the granules. Dijon you can use or sweetish spicy - depending on your taste.
7. Close the pan with a lid and continue to simmer the contents, until the chicken will not fall apart.
If the liquid boils, then pour in the pan of boiling water a little cream or semi-skimmed.
8. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
9. Chicken in an amazing sauce - ready!
Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes for garnish.
A great addition to a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs.
