Today, on my desk vegetable appetizer (sautéed eggplant)!!! The main ingredients of pepper and eggplant. On the market and shop for many more of our (non-glass) vegetables that are just waiting to have something prepared.
Let's start. For our meals I would need:
Pepper - 3 pieces. (If possible, take a multi-colored. Different colors will give our dish incredibly beautiful atmosphere).
- Eggplant 1 unit.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes -1- 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Zelen- beam
