These burgers are delicious and crispy and fried onions gives them a piquancy and juiciness. Try it yourself!
Ingredients:
1 kg of pork liver
2 onions
egg
2 tbsp. bread or plain bread crumbs (you can grate bread and dry in the oven)
0.5 tsp ground pepper
salt
vegetable oil
Preparation:
Porcine liver wash well, remove the entire film, streaks and the like. D.
Liver finely chop with a knife and put it in a bowl.
Minced onion cubes and fried in vegetable oil to a golden color. Cool.
In a bowl add to the liver fried onions, egg, pepper, salt and one cup of crumbs.
Can be used instead of crackers 3 tbsp. l. semolina and 1 tbsp. l. flour.
Knead the minced meat on the burgers.
Of the finished weight of the liver using a large spoon to put meatballs in a bowl, which pours out another glass of crackers.
Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs until they get a stable form.
In a deep pan heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil.
Fry hepatic patties in hot oil over medium heat on both sides until crisp beautiful.
