Juicy, easy and delicious salad!
Ingredients:
half of head Chinese cabbage
chicken fillet
onion
tangerine juice
2 slices white bread
100 gr. canned corn
1 h. l. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
100 gr. cream cheese (soft melted)
1 tbsp. l. vinegar
greens
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. vinegar
4 tbsp. l. water
1 h. l of sugar
2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
Preparation:
1. Chicken fillet wash, dry towel and cut into thin slices.
2. Fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Bread cut into cubes small and dry in a pan or in the oven, sprinkled with salt.
4. Onions, peel and chop half rings.
Pour the marinade of water, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Leave to marinate onions for about 7-10 minutes.
5. Clove of garlic peel and pass through the press.
6. Rinse greens and finely chop.
7. Mix in a bowl of greens, cream cheese and garlic.
8. Put chicken in a salad bowl, add the marinated onions without the marinade.
9. Chinese cabbage is quite coarsely cut into strips and put the rest of the ingredients.
10. Now is the turn of canned corn.
11. For the filling mix the mayonnaise in a bowl, tangerine juice, soy sauce and the second clove of garlic (grate).
12. Season salad with dressing. Mix gently.
13. Sprinkle salad with croutons and sesame seeds.
Salad can be served to the table.
