Simple vegetable salad of boiled beets with garlic and walnuts. Beautiful, tasty and healthy! Try ?!

Ingredients:

3-4 pieces. medium beets
a handful of walnut kernels
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
salt

Preparation:


Crude wash with a sponge or brush better.

Cut off the tail and cut off the top, where there were tops.

Share beets in a pan and cover with cold water.

Boil the beets on medium heat for 40-45 minutes.

The knife will be free to enter the root, then beets ready.

Cool finished beets at room temperature or under cold water.

Clean all the beets from the skin.

Walnuts lay out on a clean and dry pan.

Fry fragrant nuts in the oven at 190 degrees until it browns.
Cool.

Beets grate, but leave thin slices for decoration.

Garlic is passed through the press or grate.

Mix the garlic mayonnaise.

In salad bowl to the beets add nuts and tuck all the garlic mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
From circles beets cut hearts and put on a salad.
