12 oz. dry yeast
30 oz. butter

pepper
seasoning

For lubricating:

egg yolk or milk

Preparation:

Warm up the milk to body temperature and pour it into a bowl.

Add soft butter, sugar, salt, yeast. Stir until completely dissolved yeast.

Gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough.

Cover it with a towel and leave for an hour to approach.
