These ribs - something! The recipe is as close to an amazing meal which is fed to a famous restaurant in Montreal.
The sauce turns very sweet, but it did not interfere, and vice versa makes ribs original.
Well it turns out very tasty!
Ingredients:
1 kg of pork ribs
100 gr. applesauce
100 gr. tomato ketchup
1 h. l. garlic powder
1 h. l. ground paprika
1 h. l. ground black pepper
1 h. l. ground cinnamon
4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
juice of one lemon
3 tbsp. l. sugar (preferably brown, but can be replaced by flower honey)
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the meat in a large bowl.
2. Cut the ribs so that for the portion accounted for by a single edge.
Share ribs in the sauce prepared in the bowl, good smear and to remove each piece of the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 h. for marinating.
3. Share ribs on the tray, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven to 220 degrees.
Bake ribs in the oven, the cooking time 1-1.5 hours.
If too much juice, then it must be drained.
4. The remaining sauce to lubricate the ribs every 20-30 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the foil and bake the meat until golden.
Ready ribs serve hot.
