Today I want to share a recipe for a quick chocolate manna, which is baked in 9 minutes. An excellent option for the summer, when you don't want to preheat the oven, but you want something delicious for tea. Then the microwave comes to my rescue, I recommend taking note. The pie is always lush and tasty, you can even use it as a base for a cake, smearing it with your favorite cream.

Recipe:
Butter -100gr.
Egg -1pc.
Salt -1 / 4 tsp.
Kefir -200ml. (1st stage)
Flour -120g. (1st)
Sugar -200gr. (1st stage)
Semolina -160 gr. (1st stage)
Cocoa powder -2-3 tbsp.
Soda -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
Pour 100 grams of melted butter into a bowl, pour in 200 ml of kefir, add half a tsp. soda, to be sure that kefir extinguishes it, I pour in a little lemon juice.
Stir, break one egg, a little salt. Now add 200 grams of sugar, 160 grams of semolina and 120 grams of flour. If there is no balance, all this can be measured with a 200 ml glass. Add 2-3 tbsp. cocoa. We mix.
I don't let the semolina swell, I bake it right away. We take a silicone mold, or utensils for microwave ovens, I have a mold diameter of 22 cm, grease with oil, pour the dough, level it, put it in the microwave.
We set the maximum power and bake until tender. I cook at 800 W, 9 minutes. As the microwave turns off, I don't open it right away, I leave it for 3-4 minutes.
Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. You can leave it that way, I poured it with condensed milk and sprinkled with cocoa powder. Remove from the mold, cut into portions. Fluffy, soft and delicious.
