If you suddenly wanted pickled mushrooms, but there is nothing suitable at home and purchased jars do not cause delight, then try to do this.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of small mushrooms
- 1 liter of water
- 1 hour l. salt
- 0.5 tsp l. Sahara
- 1 hour l. vinegar (wine, apple or balsamic)
- 1 hour l. dry spicy herbs (dill, oregano, parsley, basil - what is there)
- ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers
- vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Sort out the mushrooms, rinse, removing all dirt and bruises.
2. Pour the mushrooms with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook covered, reducing the heat for no more than half an hour.
3. Catch the mushrooms with a slotted spoon or fold into a sieve. Can be rinsed with cold water to cool down faster.
4. While the mushrooms are cooling in a bowl, mix vegetable oil with vinegar, sugar, herbs and pepper.
5. Put the mushrooms in a convenient bowl, season with salt and pour over the prepared marinade. Mix.
6. Cover the dishes with mushrooms with a lid, plate, or simply tighten with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
Together with cooking, it should take no more than 1 hour before serving. If there is more time, then the mushrooms will be tastier. The next day, that is in a day, such a delicacy comes out that you have to cook and marinate the second portion.
