This cake just brought me crazy when I first tried it. Very simply prepares: there are only three ingredients, but how delicious it turns out! Prepare a try, I think you will like it! Write down the recipe:

As you can see, there is a very simple set of products for preparation of the biscuit. But it is not only the ingredients, but also in the process of kneading, so read the recipe to the end, so as not to miss an important point.
So, we need 10 eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Remove proteins in the fridge, we need them chilled. A whisk the egg yolks into a homogeneous mass and adding thereto 250 grams of grated cheese.
Cheese rub on a very fine grater, dough to a more uniform. Also I recommend to take a high-quality cheese that melts well - this depends directly on the taste and splendor of the biscuit. So that the cheese is better not to save.
Now add to yolks and cheese 200 grams of flour and stir to obtain a homogeneous dough. Until it is removed to the side.
Next, we take 10 egg whites separately and whisk them fluffy mass with a pinch of salt. Add the whipping proteins to the cheese dough and gently mix. The dough is ready, spread it into the form, greased, and bake in oven at 180 degrees (estimated time) for 40 minutes. Willingness to check the wooden stick biscuit.
Please note: biscuit is not that sweet, sugar is generally not added to it. By the way, this biscuit can make a cake: cut into cakes and lubricate them with cream. Ideal cream cheese, there is a bit of sugar, but it turns out the cream is not sugary. The recipe my cream can be viewed here
