Cook dumplings from cottage cheese can be a very simple way.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of fat cottage cheese
2 eggs

Preparation:

3. Butter to melt and pour into the curd mass.
All stir until smooth.
Pour the curd into the sifted flour, knead the soft dough, a little cling to the hands.
4. Good table sprinkled with flour, put on his cottage cheese dough and knead for 5-10 minutes.

5. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll out each thin sausage.

7. Dumplings can be removed in the freezer and then cook whenever you want, but it is better to cook them immediately after cooking.
For frozen dumplings put on a surface lined with a package, and only after a full freeze to shift in one bag - so they will not stick together during storage.
8. How to prepare: dumplings spread portionwise in boiling salted water and cooking for 2-3 minutes after the dumplings float.
Remove with a slotted spoon and spread on a dish.
9. Serve simply with butter and sugar, and it is better with sour cream.
