INGREDIENTS

Kefir -400ml.

Baking powder -12gr.

COOKING METHOD

In a bowl pour kefir 400 ml., Better to take bold, I take 2.5 percent. Splitting 2 eggs, put 1/3 tsp salt 3 tablespoons sugar, add 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

The dough is ready. In a saucepan, pour the oil in the height of about 1 cm, good warm up and diminish the heat to medium. I have 9 divisions I install 7. Take a teaspoon dough and using a second teaspoon drop the batter to the skillet, the dough will swell almost immediately and becomes round, they even roll over themselves.
