INGREDIENTS
Zucchini-400g.
Eggs -2 pcs.
-70-100gr flour.

Garlic -2-3zub.
For filling:
Chicken breast 300-400gr.
Onion 1 piece.
Cheese -60 grams.
Sour -1st.l.
Mustard -1 / 2ch.l.
-By salt to taste
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Onion cut into cubes. Chicken breasts cut into strips 300 grams.
Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil and fry the onions until first light golden, then remove the onion and put in a pan chicken breast.
The meat will give juice, add salt and black pepper. Fry golden brown. Remove from the heat.
Zucchini weighing 400 grams grate and squeeze it well.
Put in a bowl, break 2 eggs, add 2 tbsp cream, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt and mix. Add the sifted flour 70 grams of -100, it all depends on how well you overcame zucchini.
The meat has cooled down a little put in a bowl, add the onion, 1 tablespoon sour cream, add the mustard.
All mix well.
Cheese 60 grams of sodium on a fine grater.
The pan pour vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons, put half of the dough and spread over the pan. Close the lid and the fry immediately on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Now, on the edge of the cake put half of the meat, sprinkle with herbs and cheese. Little cheese subject to top. Now the free edge of the cover with stuffing cakes and gently pressed.
Close the lid and the fry continue even under a cover on each side for about 2 minutes. At the end of cooking sprinkle with grated cheese and let cheese melt and remove from heat.
Preparing in the same manner a second cake. Serve the cake is hot to the table. Very gently, hearty and delicious. Particularly appreciated by lovers of this squash dish.
