INGREDIENTS

Garlic -2-4zub.
-300ml broth.
Gelatin -10gr.

Sweet pepper - to taste
Beet juice -1st.l.
For the broth:
Onion 1pc.
1pc carrots.
Bay leaf -2pieces.
Black pepper - 6-8sht.
Salt - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Water bring to the boil and omit the chicken in water, put carrot, onion, salt, bay leaf, pepper and boil until ready.
Take gelatin and diluted according to the instructions in the broth of 300 ml.
Squeeze the juice from the beets 1 tablespoon
From chicken separate the meat, I weight 800 grams of boiled meat.
Add the seasonings to taste, I have black pepper and sweet pepper, add the garlic cloves 2-3, you can add dried garlic.
Pour 1 tablespoon beet juice, pour the broth with gelatin and now all shred blender until smooth. We try to add salt if needed.
Take the plastic bottle, cut off the top. Put the prepared mass and remove in the refrigerator until complete solidification, better n night. Now we learn from the bottle and cut into pieces.
