Sweets for tea "Rakhat Lukum", do not say nothing, the simpler the tastier

INGREDIENTS for making Turkish Delight

Water -380 ml.

Sugar -300gr.

Orange juice -250 ml

Cornstarch -140 c.

-3 tablespoons lemon juice

For dusting:

-3 tablespoons cornstarch

Powdered sugar -1 tablespoon

COOKING METHOD

In a saucepan, pour 380 ml of water and pour 250 ml of fruit or berry juice in my freshly squeezed orange juice.

Adding 300 grams of sugar and 140 grams of cornstarch. All good stir and set on fire. Cook, stirring constantly until thick mass.

As the mass thickens and boils immediately add 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

And continue to cook over low heat stirring constantly until the mixture becomes viscous and change its color transparency with respect to time will takes about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and pour into a suitable form I have the size form 16 cm to 25 cm.

Form should be lightly sprinkled with water. Mass gained rapid pouring and leveling, as it hardens quickly.

We give a future Turkish Delight cool at room temperature, the time is approximately 1 hr.

Prepare the mixture for dusting.

Put in a bowl 3 tbsp corn starch and adding 1 tablespoon icing sugar and mix.

As the mass cools down can be cut into cubes the size you want. It cuts it easily.

Crumble cubes in cornstarch with sugar and you can proceed to tea drinking.
