This recipe will be a lifesaver for those who do not like a long time to stand at the stove, but do not refuse to eat. Pancakes are obtained very juicy, tender and very tasty!

INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken -400gr.
Kefir -250ml.
Egg 1pc.
Flour tablespoons -3 (60g)
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Vegetable oil-for frying

COOKING METHOD

To prepare the required 400 grams of minced meat of any I have chicken breast. You can take a ready-made.
