Easy, quick, satisfying and most importantly always turns unusually tasty, tender and juicy, and all because it is cooked in a pot!
INGREDIENTS
3 pot 500 ml .:
Chicken fillet - 500g.
Carrot 1 piece.
Onion 1pc.
Rice - 150g.
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Seasoning for chicken - 1 / 2ch.l.
Garlic - 6 tooth.
Greens - to taste
Barberry - optional
Water - 200 ml. in every pot
Vegetable oil - for frying
COOKING METHOD
To prepare, I take the whole leg and cut the fillets from the bones, cut into cubes. Weight boneless fillets 500 grams. Carrots grate. Onion we shall cut cubes. The pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the meat put up evaporation of the liquid at the time takes 5-7 minutes.
Now put the carrots and onions, fry for 1-2 minutes and add half tsp salt, spices, I half tsp seasoning for chicken, black pepper. Mix remove from heat, divide into three pots. You can miss the cooking stage and immediately put in pots fillet of chicken, onions and carrots.
Now put in each cup and 2 tablespoons washed rice with any slide, by weight 50-60 grams in each pot.
Add 1/3 tsp salt, 2 cloves of garlic, spices optional I barberry and dried dill. Fill it with water so that the rice has disappeared well with 200 ml.
We put the pots in a cold oven and cooked at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
