Delicious pate made from beans. Be sure to try this dish at least once, and 10 times better! Excellent very tasty, nourishing snack every day.
INGREDIENTS
Beans -100gr.
-200gr mushrooms.
Onion 1pc.
1pc carrots.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
-By black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil -2-3st.l.
COOKING METHOD
Pre-soak the beans any red or white to your taste at 4 hours or preferably overnight and boil until cooked for 40 minutes. Or you can not soak beans, then cook it should be about 1.5 hours on low heat until tender.
Will cut the onion into cubes. Carrots grate. Mushrooms can use any, can be wild, then they need to pre-boil. I shall cut mushrooms plates.
In a pan fry onions and carrots until soft, about 2 minutes, a small amount of oil. Add the mushrooms and fry to evaporate the liquid.
Now put in the blender boiled beans, vegetables and mushrooms add salt, black pepper, add favorite spices as desired. All break through a blender until smooth. It should learn from lush air mass.
If the paste turns thick, add a little liquid from the beans left over from cooking. Pate ready.
