INGREDIENTS
Dough:
Kefir -200ml.
-280-300gr flour.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
For filling:
-5sht raw potatoes. (500g)
Onion 1pc.
Butter -80gr.
Sour cream sauce - to feed
Step by step recipe for cooking
First, prepare the dough for the dumplings, you can use your favorite test, I suggest to cook the dough on yogurt.
In a bowl pour in 200ml of yogurt, half a teaspoon of salt put and add the sifted flour gradually and knead the dough well. We give the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare stuffing potatoes grate on fine grater. Add salt and leave for five minutes. It took 5 minutes, squeeze the potatoes well and add to it soft butter. Knead well. At the request instead of butter can add minced piece of bacon. Finely cut onion, fry in a little oil and add to the potatoes.
Filling is ready.
Sculpt dumplings. Boil in salted water. Serve with sauce.
