INGREDIENTS
Vegetable broth -2-2,5l.
Cabbage -150gr.

Beans -100gr. (1 canned or bank)

Salt -1ch.l.

COOKING METHOD
To begin, prepare beans 100g fill with water and leave for 3-4 hours or overnight. Then poured water and boil until half 30-40 minutes. Can be replaced with canned beans, then this step can be missed.
Prepare a vegetable broth. The pan is poured 2 liters of water, put the vegetables, bay leaf and some salt.

From the finished broth remove the vegetables, put the prepared beans, potatoes and cook until the potatoes are ready, and now add the cabbage and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Zazharku prepare for borscht. The pan, pour the vegetable oil, put the onion, fry until translucent. Add the carrots and beets. Fry the vegetables until soft, add 1 tbsp tomato paste, fry for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Zazharku add to the soup, add 1 can of gobies in tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat until tender.
Try on salt, if necessary add, put black pepper, herbs. Turn off the heat and let soup with fish infusions at least 20 minutes.
