An interesting option is very tasty and flavorful potatoes with lemon, garlic and butter.

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
1 lemon
5 cloves of garlic
5 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. dried oregano
3 pinches of ground black pepper
0.5 hours. l. salt

Preparation:

Potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into large cubes, or crowbar. And you can just divide the tubers into several parts.

Prepared potatoes lay in a deep pan.

Squeeze of lemon juice.

Garlic chop or grate.

The bowl with lemon juice add garlic, oregano, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce for the potatoes.

Drizzle all the potatoes in a pan prepared fragrant sauce.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Put the pan with the potatoes in the oven for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes will not be browned.
