The meat in the oven with prunes and garlic. It turns out very tasty meat. Cooking is easy, and the taste is obtained due to the festive presence of prunes. Meat soaked fruit aroma, acquires a unique sweet and sour note.
INGREDIENTS
- Pork - 900-1000gr.
- Prunes - 90 g.
- Garlic - 5 the tooth.
- For the marinade:
- French mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Seasoning for meat - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 30 ml.
- Salt - 1ch.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Sour - 1st.l.
- Step by step recipe for cooking
- Prepare the marinade. In a bowl put 1 tablespoon French mustard. 1 tsp seasoning to meat, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 30 ml of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sour cream. 1 tsp salt and stir. 5 cloves of garlic can cut plates. Take pork tenderloin weighing about 1 kg. I 900gr. Put the marinade, with grease all sides. Now a knife make an incision and put in the cuts of line, prunes, garlic cloves. And so all over the meat. We tried to make incisions around the piece of capturing the sides and bottom. Put the meat in the sleeve for baking. We place the meat on top of the remaining garlic and prunes. Knotted sleeve put into a suitable baking. And leave the meat to marinate for 30-40 minutes. It took 40 minutes. Put meat in perfume heated and cooked at 180 degrees 35-40 minutes, we took out the meat for roasting package and put in the oven for another 15 minutes. We serve meat to the table. Meat and prunes complementary. It turns out fragrant and delicious. I recommend to cook.
