For a long time we have not talked about lowering the calorie intake, because again there were many comments about 1200 kcal and even 900 kcal per day. Girls are afraid to eat, thinking that if they eat more than 1200 kcal, they will get better.

Let's start with the basics:

Imagine you still get slimmer and slimmer, because your weight is 100 kg, and you are already sitting on 1200 kcal. Your body at this moment is in great stress, although it seems to you that everything is fine and you have enough food.

But the body is under stress and in order to maintain the basic processes in order to function, it simply turns off unnecessary processes (in its opinion). In women, the hormonal system suffers first of all, because with a decrease in calorie intake, it decreases often the required amount of nutrients (especially fats, which are the building blocks for hormones). The body turns on sexual function (how many of you have already faced the fact that critical days on diets were lost?), The metabolism slows down.

And now, with a weight of 100 kg and a slow metabolism, you do not lose weight by 1200 kcal per 1000 kcal and even 900 kcal. To reduce further is to harm yourself.

If you notice that your hair has begun to crumble, your skin has become dry - this is one of the first signs that you are playing out with low calorie intake.

I went through this. Therefore, every time I warn you that understating the calorie intake will not lead to anything good. And as a result, it will be very difficult to swing your body so that it gets used to the normal amount of incoming energy.

I am now raising the calorie intake very slowly and the weight has ceased to go away (although 1400-1450 kcal is still a deficit for my parameters). But I myself am to blame, I myself decided to sit for a long time at 1300 kcal. And now I'm reaping the benefits.

And because of these mistakes and the low calorie intake for a long time, those girls emerge who are losing weight only by 900-1000 kcal. And all that is higher - leads them to excess weight.

My breakfast today consisted of two boiled eggs (hurray, I boiled them hard-boiled today, how I love it!) And a sandwich on Darnitsk bread (40 g) with cottage cheese (20 g) and carp caviar (30 g). I drank green tea at breakfast.

Happened 370 kcal.

I ate and ran to the computer. A lot of work, little time. In this regard, I do not have time to edit video recipes for you yet, but I will try.

I have a few ready-made recipes, but I don't want to publish them until they fix Zen. It's a shame when you put in so much work, and because of breakdowns and some problems on the platform, your work, in the end, no one sees.

At work I had a bite of fruit: 150 g of feijoa and 160 g of orange - 130 kcal.

After a snack, I kneaded the dough on a chocolate manna with plums and left the semolina to swell. And before lunch I put it in the oven. In the evening, there will be something to eat after dinner.

Yesterday I cooked chicken broth and cooked a casserole for dinner, which will be enough for a couple of days, so today you no longer have to think about what to feed your family. Everything is.

Lunch - a plate of chicken broth (350 g), cooked on the drumstick, with 70 g of boiled TSP vermicelli.

Lunch at 260 kcal.

After lunch I immediately left for the procedures and returned home only for dinner.

Starting to go to the procedures, I thought that I could do a little blogging on the road, write something. But it was not there. In the minibus it shakes so much that instead of text on the phone screen - a set of letters. Yes, and the Internet fails often, but without it, nothing. It turns out that time is running out just like that and it is very insulting.

It has become unusual for me to waste time. If I understand that I have free time, I'd rather spend it on something useful. Even on weekends, I will find myself a job, find something that I can prepare in advance, what to sketch, edit a video for a blog.

The choice between β€œjust sit on social networks and do nothing” or lay the foundation to make my life easier on other days - I don't even have to.

Dinner - casserole with potatoes, chicken breast and under a cheese and curd cap (260 g), 100 g of tomato. Dinner for 410 kcal.

We always have dinner at 17 o'clock, so 3 hours before bedtime I allow myself to eat something else so that at night in my sleep I don't empty the entire refrigerator.

Tonight I have 150 g of chocolate manna with plums - 275 kcal.

The result of the day is 1445 kcal. B - 113, F - 55, U - 130.

I definitely drink water, I walk on an ellipse.

Scheduled cheat mil for Saturday. I'll be honest with myself and with you. I'm just too lazy to cook tomorrow, so I'll come back with procedures in the afternoon and cook dumplings for everyone for lunch, and I'll think of something for dinner later.

I'll have a cheat sweet with dumplings. In fact, I have been wanting dumplings for a long time, but the supply of my home has dried up.
