Delicious, beautiful and hearty pastries!
Ingredients:
250 gr. Puff Puff dough
500 gr. chicken
1 tbsp. l. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt
pepper
greens
juice of half a lemon
5 Art. l. soy sauce
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into pieces 1-2 cm in thickness across the fibers.
2. Repel the fillets using a hammer. Repulsed fillet should be in a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters.
3. Marinate chicken in mixture of lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper. It is no marinade, then it will be tastier.
4. Thaw puff pastry at room temperature.
5. Table floured, roll the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick.
6. Share top layer of meat dough roll in all roll.
To the dough stick together well, lubricate the edge of the water.
7. Slitting roll circles thickness of about 1.5 cm.
8. Dip one side of the rolls in sesame seeds, pre-moisten the part of the water to better seeds stuck.
9. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, brush with oil.
Share snail, leaving a distance of 2-4 cm between them.
10. Heat oven to 180-200 degrees and put snails bake 35-45 minutes until tender.
Important! At the bottom of the oven is necessary to put the pan of water to the dough has dried up.
11. Finished snail chicken remove from oven, cool slightly and serve at the table.
This pastry is good both hot and cold.
