INGREDIENTS
For the meatballs:
Minced beef - 300gr.
Minced pork - 300g.

Egg - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Salt - 1ch.l. (Partial)
Black pepper - to taste

For the cream sauce:
Cream 20% - 150 ml.
Meat broth - 300ml.
Flour - 30g.
Butter - 50g.
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste

For the jam:
Cranberries (or cranberries) - 100gr.
Sugar - 3st.l.

Step by step recipe for cooking

Boil the potatoes 2 small pieces and turned into mashed potatoes. Cut from pieces of brown loaf, a loaf is better to take stale. Weight 50g. Wetting cream or milk. Onion finely cut and chopped. Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp and fry until softened and light golden.
