Today I want to invite you to cook a dietary cottage cheese casserole, which is prepared without flour and semolina.
It is prepared quickly and easily, it turns out very tender, light and tasty.

Mix 540 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and 3 chicken eggs with a blender until smooth.
Add
- 40 grams of cornstarch
- 45 grams of skimmed milk powder
- sweetener (to taste)
- you can add vanillin if you wish
Stir until smooth.
The mass turns out to be liquid, it should be so.
We transfer the mass to a silicone mold. If you have a non-silicone mold, cover the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment paper.
We bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let the casserole cool in the form.
The casserole can be served with unflavored natural, thick yogurt and berries.
