Chicken nuggets in a pita. This is a full meal, which can feed the whole family. In fact it is shawarma, but preparing easier and to taste not inferior. Very convenient to take along as a snack for the road, at work or on the environment.
INGREDIENTS
- Lavash (150gr.) - 1,5 sheet
- Nuggets - 300gr. (1 package)
- Cabbage - 100-150gr.
- Cucumber - 1 piece.
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece.
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ketchup - to taste

Chinese cabbage, can be replaced by an ordinary cabbage or lettuce. Tear off about 4 sheets, solid veins I do not take, cut into strips. We shall cut cucumber strips. Adding to chinese cabbage, add salt and stir.
1 tomatoes we will cut a quarter of rings. Pickles we shall cut into half rings. Everything is ready, collect snack. Pita bread cut into pieces, I pita bread weighing 150 g divide into 2 parts. Put the cabbage with cucumbers, lubricates mayonnaise, or can be substituted for sour cream put slices of tomato and pickle. Put nuggets lubricates ketchup.
Wrap envelope. All the same perform with the remaining ingredients. I get 3 pieces. Now you need to dry on the grill pan on both sides, or in the oven under the grill for about 5 minutes. Nothing more, easy, fast. It turns out hearty juicy and very tasty. Preparing a snack once, you will definitely cook it again and again.
