Sour - 4-5st.l.

COOKING METHOD

fillet meat we shall cut cubes as goulash. We will cut a quarter of onion rings, nashinkuem cabbage into thin strips, carrots grate on grater barley.

Cabbage put in a bowl, add half a teaspoon salt, a little black pepper, bay leaf, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil and mix.
