Pollock in the omelet in the oven. Plain, very simple, tasty and healthy dish. The fish turns out very tasty and juicy. It is preparing for a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- Pollock - 600gr.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Egg - 4-5sht.
- Milk -150ml.
- Salt - 1 / 2ch.l.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2-3st.l.
- Flour - for deboning
- COOKING METHOD
- Pollack will clean cut off the fins, we shall cut into portions pieces. Onion we shall cut cubes. To fish add a half teaspoon of salt, some black pepper, and stir. The pan pour vegetable oil, fish pieces roll in flour and fish fry on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Put the fish in a baking dish, on the remaining oil fry the onion until translucent.
Put the onions on the fish.
The split bowl 4 eggs, pour 150 ml of milk, add a little salt, black pepper. If the eggs are small, you can break the 5 eggs.
Mix well whisk.
Fill the egg weighing the fish and put it in the preheated oven. Cooking 15 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
