Do you like oriental cuisine? Today I will share with you a wonderful recipe for Indian-style fried potatoes, it turns out to be very tasty, bright and fragrant. Ingredients: potatoes, ginger root, garlic, sweet pepper, chili pepper, Adyghe cheese, vegetable oil, onion, ground curry, cumin, ground coriander, chopped or pureed tomatoes
Cooking method:
Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Finely grate the ginger. Finely chop the garlic. Cut sweet pepper into small slices, Adyghe cheese into large slices.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry slices of Adyghe cheese on both sides. Put on a plate.
. Coarsely chop the onion and brown in the same pan in which the Adyghe cheese was fried. Add ginger, garlic, bell pepper and chilli. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with curry, cumin and coriander. Add potatoes, stir and fry for 5 minutes. Put the tomatoes, mix and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. You can add a little salt to the curry if you like.
