Amazing potatoes with pork - could not be easier!
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
300 gr. pork
100 gr. not salty bacon
2 garlic cloves
dill or parsley
salt
pepper
oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into cubes.
2. In a deep sauté pan to pour a lot of vegetable oil and boil.
3. Put the potatoes in the hot oil and fry until cooked.
A slotted spoon or strainer to get French fries on a plate.
4. The flesh is cut into thin strips.
5. On another frying pan fry the bacon is not salty cubes in 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
6. Add prepared pork slices, passed through a press garlic, salt and pepper.
7. Fry pork until tender 15-20 minutes until the juice has evaporated and the meat pieces is not nice fry.
8. The pan fried potatoes to shift to the pork pieces.
9. Sauté all within 2-3 minutes.
Decomposed flavored potatoes on plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
