Ingredients:
1 kg potato
10-12 sausages
egg
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
1-2 packaging wafer cakes
Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, peel and boil in salted water until tender. Drain water from potato mash and a mash it.
Do not add milk or butter, as in this case, they are unnecessary.
But do not make much mashed dry. It must be plastic. Therefore, a little bit of water.
And also do not forget to salt and season with black pepper.
2. Now waffles. Ideally cakes need a rectangular shape.

3. Spread a layer waffles with hot mashed potatoes, wait 1-2 minutes, when the wafers are soft.
Important! Do not leave potatoes in wafers for too long, or they will fall apart.
4. Frankfurters from the brush casing. they must not boil, but can be washed in hot water and then wiped dry with paper towels.
This training will allow the sausages well seethe and swell in the finished dish.
5. Put sausage on a potato waffle and tighten all the fillings into a tight tube.
6. Formed tubes cut into pieces 3-4 cm.
7. In a separate bowl, beat egg with a pinch of salt.
8. Pieces of wafer rolls dipped in egg. It should be done quickly, without giving much get wet wafers.
If you have breadcrumbs, you can then roll the pieces in them.
9. Fry preform obtained on vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes on each side to beautiful brown.
Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs.
Cooking Tips:
still hot sausages fried potatoes can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese;
