Ingredients:

1 kg of bacon
5 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
3 bay leaves
3 hours. l. dried marjoram
5 peas allspice
4 pinches salt

Preparation:

1. A piece of bacon with layers of fat, wash, remove the skin and dry with paper towels.

2. Three tooth of garlic crushed and put in a mortar with salt.

Two cloves - cut into slices.

3. Good grind the garlic with salt.

4. Prepared a piece of pork pierce in different places and his lard slices of garlic.

5. Breast grate crushed garlic and sprinkle with salt marjoram profusely.

6. In baking dish pour the vegetable oil.

Add bay leaf, allspice.

7. Put bacon in shape, tighten the bowl with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and preferably overnight.

8. Remove the foil and put the meat in the form of a preheated 200 degree oven.

9. Bake bacon about 1 hour.
