Fancy burgers to potato "fur coat"

Amazing dish!

Ingredients:

500 gr. pork tenderloin or chicken
200 gr. mushroom
100 gr. hard cheese
onion
parsley
3 pcs. large potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
oil for frying

Preparation:


1. Meat cut into chops. Hammer to fight off all the good pieces on each side.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mushrooms and onions cut into cubes.

4. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft.

5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Parsley wash, dry and finely chop.

6. Mix the mushrooms with cheese, onions, herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

7. Share on each chop stuffing and roll into a long cutlet.

Breaded cutlets in flour, then dip in the beaten egg.

8. Peeled raw potatoes grate and put on the burgers. Pressed chips from potatoes is very close to the meat.

9. Fry the patties in hot oil on all sides until golden brown delicious.

10. When the potatoes are golden brown, shift cutlets in a dish and bring to full readiness in a microwave oven for 5-10 minutes.
You can do this in the oven, and about 10 minutes.

11. Before applying thin cutlets cover mesh mayonnaise. Serve with fresh vegetables.
