Kutaby fast: hearty cakes Lavash filled with corned beef and cheese

Simple, satisfying and tasty snack. Or undershot. Men definitely appreciate!

Ingredients:

3-4 thin layer of lavash
150 c. cheese
1 can of meat (beef, chicken or any home)
greens

Preparation:

1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. You can use any cheese - Russian, Poshehonsky, suluguni, cheese, etc.

2. Bank to open a stew and mash with a fork contents. Natural fit any stew. Or canned ham, sausage from banks or simply boiled (stewed) meat.

3. Wash, dry and chop the parsley. Dill, basil or parsley.

4. Cut pita layers into rectangles or circles on. You can use the plate as a stencil.

If you want to make kutaby really, the dough will need 3 cups of flour, egg, 2 tbsp. l. msetany, 50 ml of water and 0.5 hours. l. sugar and salt.
The dough should have a steep and smooth, after mixing it should be wrapped in foil food and leave for 1 hour.

7. To heat a dry frying pan.

8. Kutab put into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cheese should be melted inside and edges of the cake will become a single entity.

Serve hot. When submitting kutaby grease with butter and serve with hot sauce, ketchup or sour cream.

If kutaby got too big, so they can be cut and apply like so.

Of course, this is a simplified version of the most kutabs. But it's a great way to cook something tasty and very quickly.
In this case, the filling can be very diverse: minced lamb, chicken, turkey, duck or veal.
