Pork chop with mushrooms and onions with cheese

Amazingly delicious, simple and satisfying. Try it!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of pork
150 c. mushroom
onion
100 gr. grated hard cheese
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
parsley

Preparation:

1. Pork wash and dry with paper towels.
Cut crosswise into portions of the fibers.

2. Cover with cling film and beat off the kitchen hammer on both sides.

3. Season the chops with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Fry meat in a frying pan on each side for 2 minutes vegetable oil.

5. Onions, peel and cut into strips.

Mushrooms washed, cut the crowbar.

6. In a separate pan heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion and mushrooms until tender.

7. Put the chops on a baking sheet. On top of the meat to distribute the fried onions and mushrooms.

8. Spread with mayonnaise.

9. Grate the cheese and put it on a slide mushrooms.

10. Bake until golden brown meat at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cheese should be completely melted and become crusty.

When serving, decorate with fresh tomatoes and a sprig of fresh herbs.
