I propose today to prepare chicken in the Greek style.
Bright palette flavors in this dish set: Greek yoghurt, flavored olive oil, garlic, and lemon.
Cooking succulent and juicy chicken simultaneously!

Ingredients:

200 ml natural yogurt without additives
2 kg of chicken meat (drumsticks, thighs, wings, etc.)
lemon
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt
pepper
2 garlic cloves
fresh parsley
Article 0.5. l. dried oregano

Preparation:


1. Marinade garlic peel and pass through the press.
Add the garlic to the yogurt, the best Greek.
Pour in marinade of olive oil, remove the zest from the peel of one lemon and squeeze the juice from the halves.
Mix the marinade, but not beating. Otherwise, yogurt can curdle.

2. Parsley wash, dry and chop finely, add to the marinade.

3. Chicken wash and dry with paper towel.

Put the chicken and marinade into the bag, let the air out and tie tightly.

Shake the bag so the marinade evenly distributed throughout the chicken.
Remove the bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate meat.

4. Marinated chicken you can cook a variety of ways - to fry, bake in the oven or on the grill.

5. If the chicken is baked in the oven, then it must first be heated to 180 degrees.
Chicken put in a baking dish greased with oil.

Baked chicken this about 35-50 minutes.

Ready chicken is golden brown.
