I cook very tasty and inexpensive meal with interesting fillings.

Knead the dough, the dough in the recipe quite thick, I use a planetary mixer. You can knead and hands, but will have to work :)
In mixer bowl send 500 grams of flour.

Add a teaspoon of salt, mix. And when the mixer is running slowly pour 250 ml of warm water.

The dough is obtained as for ravioli.

Get out the dough into a bag and give lie down for 30 minutes, it becomes softer and it will be easier to roll out.

4 large carrots grate.

Grated carrots pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.

In 30 g of melted butter, pour 30 grams of vegetable oil.

Forced through a press oil 2 garlic cloves and stirred.

I divide the dough into three parts and each part is rolled into a thin cake. Cake grease with garlic butter.

And now when the cake grease, it can still draw, to make even thinner. Oil permeates the dough and cake are well stretched.

Fold the dough a few times and set aside. Roll out the following layers.

When all the layers are ready, spread a layer of the lower and unfold it remaining dough layers.

Carrots are spread on the dough, after I overcame it and salt.

On top of the carrot rubs 2 processed cheese and 2 boiled eggs.

Tightly wrapped in a roll.

Slice the roll into pieces.

Spread the slices on a baking sheet greased with butter. Grease egg rolls for browning and send it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Rolls are ready! Crunchy outside, soft inside, with interesting fillings. Bon Appetit!
