Christmas goose in beer

Fragrant, with a nice crust and a delicate goose turns!!! Simply delicious!

Ingredients:

goose bird

1,5 l beer any
4 apples
200 gr. mayonnaise
5 cloves garlic
3 tsp adzhika
salt
pepper

Preparation:


1. In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic and mayonnaise adjika.

2. Eviscerated cooled grate goose salt and pepper.

3. Apples are washed, cleaned and cut into slices.

4. In the belly of the goose to put all the apples, and sew up the hole threads.

5. The entire carcase generously grease derived from adzhika and mayonnaise sauce.

6. Goose wrapped in foil and leave in a cool place for at least 3 hours to marinated.

7. Before preparing to deploy the carcass of the foil, to shift into a deep baking tray and pour the beer.

8. Cover foil pan and put it in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for 1.5 hours.

9. Then remove the foil, pour the beer goose from the pan and put bake for another 1 hour to form a beautiful crust.
