How to make delicious coffee in a Turk

Cooking Warsaw coffee.

Ingredients:

20 gr. ground coffee (2 tsp. l.)
20 gr. Sahara
160 ml of cold clean water
80 ml baked milk

How to cook:

1. Grind coffee or use already ground, but always medium grinding.

If you want frothy coffee - grind the beans yourself! Ready-made ground coffee does not give the required foam height and it quickly falls off.

2. Pour coffee into cezve or turku, pour cold water. Be sure to use filtered or bottled water.

Tap water is not suitable for making delicious coffee.

3. Put the dishes with the coffee mixture on low heat and allow to warm up, the foam should rise.

Remove carefully from heat, stir and heat again. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times.

Important! Coffee must not be boiled and therefore must not be allowed to boil. Otherwise, the drink will become sour and bitter.

4. Then strain the coffee through a strainer.

5. Add sugar and baked milk, room temperature.

6. Pour the coffee into a clean cezve again, put it on the fire and now bring it to a boil.

The drink will have a very beautiful and appetizing foam.
